Hi! My name is Brandon Younkin and I am a recent graduate of East Stroudsburg University. Over the last several weeks I have had the pleasure of working with Shawn Bennett in transitioning to my new role as Director of Education for Theta Chi Fraternity. In this new capacity, I will be responsible for perpetuating the successes of the Sacred Purpose Movement as well as the health and safety programming of the Fraternity. I will also be working closely with our volunteers and alumni in designing and implementing our curriculum for our national and regional leadership events. I am currently still on the road as a Field Executive, and I look forward to providing you all with updates on the movement and hearing from you all very soon.
As of March 2, 2015, I will be working full-time in the International Headquarters. I hope that you use me as a resource for health and safety programming within your chapter/colony and campus community. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org and my cellular phone number is 484-300-9305. If you would like to contact me at the International Headquarters, you may dial 317-848-1856, ext. 2041. I look forward to hearing from you as we continue to perpetuate Theta Chi’s Sacred Purpose! It’s a great time to be a Theta Chi!
Finally, I would like to thank Shawn Bennett for all that he has done for not only this Fraternity, but also communities all around the world! Shawn Bennett was the first International Headquarters staff member that I had met way back in 2011 at a Mid-Year Leadership Conference. Since then, I have admired his passion and dedication to this Fraternity and would have never seen myself in this capacity had it not been for him. Shawn taught me the true meaning of servant leadership and allowed me to grow into the man that I am today. I’ll never forget all that he has done for me as a Theta Chi, as a student, and as a person. In closing, thank you Shawn, I cannot wait to see what great things you do in the future. You are truly an inspiration to so many and there are simply not enough “thank yous” to go around for a person like you.
